Wisconsin would eliminate its state income tax under a Republican plan being floated in the State Senate.

Senator Roger Roth (R-Appleton) tells the MacIver Institute how the state’s record revenue surpluses can be used to buy down income taxes, and eventually eliminate it all together while still fully funding state government operations.
