Why the Prevailing Wage Law Proves Problematic

[Madison, Wisc…] “Unique Averages,” “Methodological Flaw,” and “Calculation Bias” are just some of the terms used in a recent study on how Wisconsin’s Department of Workforce Development determines prevailing wages across the state.

That study was conducted by the Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance and has triggered an effort to repeal the prevailing wage law in Wisconsin.
