What was once billed as a Unity Rally at the State Capitol ‘evolved’ into a much smaller affair Wednesday held at a nearby park. While labor unions and one defeated Democratic candidate did attend, noticeably absent was Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, who faces Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker in a recall election next month.
