[Madison, Wisc…] On Monday the new Wisconsin legislature was sworn in and the 2013-2014 session began. Republicans have the governor’s office and both chambers of the legislature, which means they’ll be able to accomplish much of their agenda. However, Assembly Speaker Robin Vos said at a press conference on Monday morning, Republicans don’t plan on doing anything as controversial as collective bargaining proved to be two years ago.
