Sept. 26, 2016[Madison, Wis…] More than a year after Gov. Scott Walker signed the 2015-2017 state budget, which cut a total of $250 million from the UW System over two years, the MacIver Institute has once again investigated the plight of UW-Madison and its students inflicted by the devastating cuts.
