Record Low COVID Activity Still Not Good Enough for "Badger Bounce Back"

WATCH - Wisconsin has never had 14 days in a row of declining COVID-19 cases, as required by Gov. Evers' Badger Bounce Back plan.

Gov. Evers presented his Badger Bounce Back plan on April 20, 2020. It explained how and when he would reopen Wisconsin’s economy and lift the lockdowns on individuals. Even with cases in Wisconsin at an all time low, the state is still not even close to meeting his most basic requirement. If not for the courts, Wisconsin could still be locked down even today.
