Overcounting Covid Deaths: Mainstream Media Trails MacIver News by Years

Covid Reality - Some now in the mainstream media admit that covid deaths are inflated

It looks like the Washington Post is finally catching up to the MacIver News Service… Two and a half years after the fact.

This past Friday, WAPO columnist Dr. Leana Wen concluded “We are overcounting covid deaths and hospitalizations. That’s a problem.” She’s two-and-a-half years behind MacIver.Way back in July 2020 (five months into the pandemic), MacIver confirmed with Wisconsin DHS that only 12 people in the state had died solely from Covid.

81% Of People Who Died Of COVID-19 Had “Comorbidities” Or Another Underlying Health Condition

On Friday, July 17, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services disclosed to the MacIver News Service that people with comorbidities account for 81 percent of all COVID-19 deaths in Wisconsin. Read More

From the Milwaukee County Coroner, MacIver learned that every person in Milwaukee County who died WITH Covid, was recorded as having died FROM Covid.

It’s Always a COVID-19 Death In Milwaukee County

Of Milwaukee County’s 383 COVID-19 deaths (as of July 31st), 372 of those individuals had other serious underlying health conditions. Regardless, all these cases were recorded as COVID-19 deaths. Read More

Following up with DHS in Dec. 2020, MacIver learned that only 2% of Covid deaths in the state could be attributed solely to Covid.

67% Of Wisconsinites Who Died With COVID-19 Had Another Underlying Condition
