MacIver News Minute: Lawmaker Suggests Skirting Labor Reform Law

What labor laws? State Rep. Gordon Hintz, Assembly Minority Leader and member of the Wisconsin Center board, doesn’t think much of labor reform laws passed in Wisconsin, one of which bars so-called “labor peace agreements.” In fact he suggested the board pursue such an agreement and opposed the hiring of a non-union security firm at a recent meeting.
