JFC Lays Out Wisconsin Budget Basics

MADISON – Budget Basics: Revenues are expected to increase $3 billion. Governor Evers wants to increase spending by $6.4 billion. That means spending the surplus, raising taxes $1 billion and ending with a $2 billion deficit. The JFC Co-Chairs explain why that doesn’t work.
