Gov. Tony Evers like to call his $83.5 billion budget “The Peoples’ Budget,” but it looks more like the liberal special interests budget. And no special interest won more than Big Labor. The budget brings back forced union dues and artificial wage floors, and forces the return of union exclusivity contracts. Evers’ “Peoples’ Budget” was built with Big Labor bosses in mind.
