If you’re white, you’re probably a racist. If you disagree, you’re probably suffering from “white fragility.” At least that’s what Decoteau J. Irby, Ph.D., believes is at the center of race relations and failed or stalled educational systems in America. At a recent conference sponsored by the state Department of Public Instruction, education leaders from around Wisconsin gathered to hear Dr. Irby’s politically charged lecture on “white supremacy,” bankrolled by taxpayers.
