Gov. Scott Walker’s Act 10 has been a resounding win for Wisconsin taxpayers – it’s saved more than $5 billion in the years since the landmark law was enacted. But the liberals running to unseat Walker have all pledged to repeal the reform, restoring a huge spigot of money into the campaign coffers of progressive candidates.
