Forget that private sector internet providers are already offering options for low-income residents. Madison politicians and bureaucrats sure are – despite all those inconvenient truths, they’re forging ahead with a city-owned broadband boondoggle that could cost taxpayers as much as $130 million. Isn’t that the definition of insanity?
