Rep. Chris Taylor put her plans for Wisconsin in black-and-white, and in so doing, gave Wisconsinites a peek into the liberal agenda should her ilk retake power in the Badger State. Among the lengthy manifesto: remove “resident” from voting law, let the state schools superintendent write his own check, roll back collective bargaining reform, and transfer enormous power from elected officials to bureaucrats.
