Civil Service Changes Could Be on the Way in Wisconsin

[Madison, Wisc…] Republican lawmakers unveiled a plan to make a series of changes to the state’s civil service laws on Thursday. Senator Roger Roth (R-Appleton) and Representative Jim Steineke (R-Kaukauna) say the 110-year-old law is in desperate need of an update. MNS’ Bill Osmulski talks about what they have in mind.
