[Madison, Wisc…] Rep. John Nygren had some heated questions for Government Accountability Board Director Kevin Kennedy on Wednesday after an audit showed the agency was not fulfilling some of its statutory duties. While Kennedy claimed it was a lack of resources, Nygren argued the GAB has yet to ask the legislature for more funding.
