Gov. Scott Walker Delivers State of the State Address

[Madison, Wisc…] Gov. Scott Walker delivered his fifth state of the state address on Tuesday night and outlined some policy initiatives he hopes to accomplish in the coming months. While continuing to cut taxes is a clear priority for the governor, he also highlighted reforms to state government, a possible expansion of school choice, an end to common core and a parents-first school accountability plan. Walker will give his budget address on February 3, where he is expected to lay out more policy ideas in detail.
