[Madison, Wisc…] The plan was for 72,000 people on BadgerCare to switch to Obamacare. However, after only 877 people in the state have signed up, Wisconsin Republicans fear problems with the website are preventing those BadgerCare recipients from transitioning. The deadline was going to be December 31st. A special session is working to push that back to March 31st, and the Joint Committee on Finance examined the issue on Monday.
