[Madison, Wisc…] At a virtual charter school townhall on Tuesday, legislators were posed with an interesting question. Why can’t virtual charter school students participate on their local public school sports teams? Rep. Jeremy Thiesfeldt (R-Fond du Lac) plans on introducing a bill that would make changes to allow these students to participate in the sports offered at their local public schools.
