[Madison, Wisc…] Before a public hearing on Thursday, Sen. Luther Olsen (R-Ripon) spoke with the MacIver News Service regarding his school accountability bill. Olsen’s bill would give failing schools six years to improve before likely being closed. The Ripon Senator said that he anticipates his bill will pass in committee and likely be debated on the Senate floor in October.
