[Madison, Wisc…] Wisconsin health insurance rates are set to skyrocket under the Obamacare exchange according to data released from the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance on Tuesday. On average, rates are expected to increase 51 percent. The MacIver News Service spoke with Gov. Scott Walker recently and he said that he is very concerned about the continued uncertainty and increasing costs of Obamacare. He told MacIver that the Affordable Care Act is not affordable and needs to be replaced.
