[Madison, Wisc…] The Capitol Police issued 26 more citations on Thursday for protesters that sang in the rotunda without a permit. They also arrested three individuals for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Department of Administration officials said “if the noontime singers would get a permit, then they could continue their activities without any arrests or citations.” Protesters chanted “We Will Be Back,” before leaving the Capitol for the day.
