Beloit School District Saves $3.1 Million

[Beloit, Wisc…] The School District of Beloit is poised to save $3.1 million over the next 5 years after voting to outsource their maintenance and custodial staff to ABM. The union representing current staff had put forth a proposal to lower costs, but it only totaled $663,558. ABM will be bringing on all current staff at the school and have agreed to provide the same rate of pay and comparable benefits for the next 5 years for those employees.
