Two Dozen Protesters Hang On to Cause in Wisconsin

[Madison, Wisc…] As Governor Scott Walker delivered his Budget Address on Wednesday night, there were still opponents trying to make their voices heard. While the number of protesters has come down dramatically, a dedicated few continue to have a presence inside the Capitol Building.
