Governor Walker to Take On Entitlement Reform in Proposed Budget

[Madison, Wisc…] During Wednesday night’s Budget Address, Governor Scott Walker made some key points on entitlement reform. Walker would like to make changes that will impact who can recieve specific entitlements like BadgerCare and Medicaid, Unemployment, and Food Stamps.
