Clark (who may have signed recall Senator Wanggaard) says he doesn’t know anything about the amended inspector’s statement for the ward even though he was in charge of sealing the ballot bag on election night.
Clark explains he was asked by Donna Deuster. of the Racine City Clerk’s office to come back the day after the election to sign the ballot bag because he supposedly forgot to sign it election night.
