[Madison, Wisc…] State lawmakers are considering eliminating Wisconsin’s personal property tax, and business owners gave them plenty of reasons why at a hearing on Thursday. They talked about how it discourages and prevents them from reinvesting in their businesses, and how that affects their communities. Here are some of the highlights.
