Scott Walker (R-Wisconsin) sat down with the MacIver Institute recently to discuss his plan for a second term titled, “Continuing Wisconsin’s Comeback.” The plan includes policy proposals to reform taxes, education and entitlements. Walker discusses his tax plan in this first video in a series about his proposals.
