[Madison, Wisc…] Protester Miles Kristan was arrested on July 31st after trying to ask Assembly Minority Leader Peter Barca a question. Barca refused to answer and shortly after Kristan was arrested by what he says was seven Capitol Police officers. The MacIver Institute recently spoke with Kristan and he told his side of the story. Barca did not respond to a request for comment.
