[Brookfield, Wisc…] Rep. Dale Kooyenga (R-Brookfield) addressed concerns that an $800 million tax cut plan could expand the state’s structural deficit. Kooyenga explains that the structural deficit that would be created with Gov. Scott Walker’s tax reform package would likely be erased with minimal economic growth and that lower taxes and pro-growth policies will lead to increased revenue for the state.
