[Madison, Wisc…] Republican lawmakers introduced a bill on Tuesday that would provide scholarships to special needs students that are denied open-enrollment opportunities. Two women who claimed the Wauwatosa School District failed their special needs children have addressed this issue at the Capitol and have different points of view on the scholarships.
