[Madison, Wisc…] The Wisconsin Supreme Court heard arguments in a case over collective bargaining on Monday. Unions argued Act 10 is unconstitutional, violating their members’ freedom of association. Attorney General JB Van Hollen argued on behalf of the state. During a press conference afterwards, he talked about how Dane County Judge Juan Colas changed his decision while it was working its way through the appeals process.
