[Madison, Wisc…] Representative Dale Kooyenga (R-Brookfield) introduced his tax reform plan on Tuesday that will add an additional $409 million in income tax cuts to Governor Scott Walker’s budget. That would bring total income tax relief to over $750 million. Several legislators attended the press conference in support of the proposal. Kooyenga plans on debating the tax reform plan during a Joint Finance budget session in the coming weeks.
