A new bill being circulated in the Legislature by Sen. Dave Craig and Rep. Joe Sanfelippo would establish a bicameral committee with the rarely used subpoena power. The aim would be to force slippery John Doe investigators and former GAB agents to sit before lawmakers and answer questions – under oath.
