Act 10 is truly the gift that keeps on giving. New data shows just how much – thanks to the flexibility offered by the landmark budget reform, school districts have been able to shop around for their employee health insurance benefits. Benefits cost savings add up to an astounding $3.2 billion, 60 percent lower than if the trend before Act 10 had continued.
