Social Security will run out of money in 2034, just 16 years away, according to a new report by the program’s trustees. But that alarming news was buried amid sensational headlines about celebrity f-bombs and porn star melodrama. The fact is, unless Congress acts, taxpayers and people on Social Security will be paying the price in the not-too-distant future.
