Illinois has been spewing its smog over Lake Michigan for years, and southeastern Wisconsin has been paying the price. The Trump EPA realized the folly of this and reversed course recently, but that isn’t stopping the smog dumpers in Illinois like the state’s AG, Lisa Madigan, from throwing a fit and filing a lawsuit over the commonsense decision.
