The Ozaukee County Circuit Court charges people fees for family court services. The problem is, though the county charges the fees, it neither puts the money in a required segregated fund nor offers the services it’s charging for – both of which are required by state law. It’s just the latest in a string of revelations about striking dysfunction in Ozaukee County’s court system.
