MacIver News Minute: Union Tries Intimidating Worker Who Won’t Join

Joshua Herr doesn’t want to join the UAW. He doesn’t see the value in being part of a union, and that’s his right now that Wisconsin is a right-to-work state. But that doesn’t matter to the union at the Kohler plant he works at. They’ve had “conversations” with him about the “benefits” of union membership, and posted his name above the punch clock calling him out as “not a union brother.”
