Donna Murr and her siblings had no idea how intrusive government can get – until they went to sell a second lot attached to their folks’ lakefront cabin. They found out the lots had been merged by bureaucratic fiat years ago and they weren’t allowed to sell half the property. That property rights injustice was corrected by a newly enacted law authored by Rep. Adam Jarchow.
