Obamacare’s Red Line for the American People

September 30, 2013

According to the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, health care premiums are expected to increase 51 percent under the Obamacare exchange in Wisconsin. While Obamacare is increasing costs, the only way to make it cheaper is for federal taxpayers to pick up part of the bill. At least until someone makes one dollar more than 400 percent of the federal poverty level. Then the subsidies stop, and a family of four in Wisconsin could see their health care bill jump $14,637 a year. 400 percent of the federal poverty level, that is Obamacare’s red line for the American people.

The Obamacare exchange will begin enrolling people on Tuesday, October 1st.
