[Madison, Wisc…] Now that Capitol Police are actively requiring groups have a permit in order to conduct demonstrations in Wisconsin Capitol, liberal protesters have lost their noontime monopoly over the Rotunda. On Monday, conservative blogger, David Blaska, took out a permit so conservatives could have their own peaceful demonstration and sing their own songs. Blaska made the point anyone can get a permit, but that didn’t satisfy liberal protesters who lost their spot for the day.
