[Madison, Wisc…] Two different schools failed Kimberly Nerone’s special needs son before she found one that worked. The first school was private, and all she could do was look for a different school. The second school was public, so she was able to use the law to pressure it to pay for the tuition to a second private school. On Monday, she explained why school choice is a bad idea, despite the choices she made for her son.
